LAURIE ROMEO (OWNER/ PRODUCER, JAZZ, TAP, MUSICAL THEATER, BALLET, CONTEMPORARY)

Laurie received a BFA degree in Dance from Montclair State University where she was the recipient of the prestigious Choreography Scholarship Award. Laurie was a featured dancer at Walt Disney Worlds Magic Kingdom and has toured with various musicals such as Grease, Sweet Charity and Pilgrims Progress. Her Choreography has been seen in off-Broadway shows, Lincoln Center Outdoor Concert series, Make a Wish Foundation shows, Colleges, Universities and on Professional Theater Company stages. Laurie is an award winning competition choreographer in the Musical Theater, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary divisions. Laurie has been teaching for 20 years and is so excited to share her love of music and dance to children of all ages! Each day is a gift when you do what you love.

GINNY GERMAKIAN (HIP HOP, JAZZ, TAP)

Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Ginny started her performing arts training at a young age, studying tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop and voice, receiving high-caliber instruction from many of the dance industry's finest. Focusing her creative efforts towards video choreography and live performance, Ginny has had the pleasure to present her work—trademarked as #GinGerChoreo—at theatre and stage venues all over the Tri-State Area. Her television and performance credits include MTV, TRL, The US Open and The Columbus Day Parade on ABC, featured performer in Fright Fest’s “Dead Man’s Party” at Six Flags Great Adventure, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and in music videos for Kings Of Leon, Beats by DRE Headphones, and Israel’s “The Voice” contestant Nadav Philips. Working not only as a performer and dedicated dance educator, Ginny choreographs and directs Flashmob performance spectacles for her incredible clients. Most notably, she was hired by Ryan Gosling to create a surprise birthday flashmob for Greta Gerwig, Director of BARBIE: The Movie! Her flashmob work can be seen on BARBIE’s Official Instagram and BookAFlashmob’s YouTube channel!

ANDREA KRON (BALLET, POINTE)

Andrea received her Certificate of Dance from The Ailey School in New York City where she was part of the student performance ensemble and toured the New York metropolitan area. She has studied with the late Kelvin Rotardier, David Howard, Dorit Koppel, Jay Skeete Lee and Ann Reinking. Performing credits include "Hercules" on Broadway at the New Amsterdam Theater, Radio City Music Hall, the role of Arabian in the Nutcracker as a guest artist, Regional Theater,  Loree Dance Theatre, Two River Theater and SUNY New Paltz as well as numerous dance works in New York City at New York Live Arts. As a choreographer, Andrea has created over fifty repertory works for students as well as professional companies, ranging in style from classical to modern to musical theater, including full length version of ballets to full-scale musicals. Andrea guest teaches ballet, pointe, Horton, Theatre Dance, Pilates, Active Isolated Stretch, as well as anatomy and injury prevention programs. She has taught injury prevention programs for over 15 years and is now studying with the Mount Sinai/Kinected Studios in New York City. Some of her anatomy programs include upper extremity, lower extremity, back foundations, pelvic floor syndrome, the anatomy of aging, as well as gait education for dancers year-round. She is also extremely active, teaching teachers, as well as designing and implementing curriculums for schools year round. Teaching credits include Studio Maestro, Manhattan Youth Ballet, Broadway Dancer Center, Steps on Broadway, Marymount Manhattan College, SUNY New Paltz, Pace University, Rutgers University, Montclair State University, William Paterson University, as well as numerous dance centers, and festivals throughout the East Coast. Andrea coaches pre-professionals privately for Dance and musical theater majors. Some of her students have gone onto Juilliard, North Carolina School of the Arts,  Raleigh School of Ballet, SUNY Purchase, Ithaca College, Syracuse University, University of Michigan, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Indiana University, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and Wagner College. She is also a dance committee member of the Teen Arts Festival since 2005 and is an Associate member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, New York City.

ARIANNA CACIOPPO (JAZZ, MUSICAL THEATER, LEAPS & TURNS, HARMONY MAINSTAGE DIRECTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER)

Arianna Cacioppo is an NJ/ NYC based artist who is driven by a passion for performing, educating and creating works of her own as well as in collaboration with others. She graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College and holds her Bachelors of the Arts in Dance (with a focus in education) and Theater (with a focus on acting and performance). She is educated in both Cecchetti and Balanchine styles of Ballet; Classic, Street, Afro, Fosse, and Musical Theater styles of Jazz; Hip Hop; and Modern Dance styles including Horton, Graham, Countertechnique, and Taylor. She has closely studied the repertoire and style of Paul Taylor during intensives at the Taylor School in New York City. Arianna has been teaching for 6+ years, ranging from her work teaching dance at several studios throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania; teaching Acting at Smiling Rhino Theater and Porchlight Productions; and Freelance Teaching Private voice lessons. She has choreographed works presented at Muhlenberg College, created award winning works for Dance Fusion Performing Arts Studio and is the Choreographer at Harmony Dance Theater for all of their full length musical productions. Her past performance credits range from Muhlenberg College, to Paper Mill Playhouse, to Radio City Music Hall, and she was most recently seen dancing in When the Soul Speaks created by Monique Haley for the American Dance Festival, as well as with Monica Bill Barnes’ & Company in a production of The Running Show staged at Lafayette College.

TREVOR DELELLO (HARMONY MAINSTAGE DIRECTOR)

Trevor is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Television & Film with a Concentration in Theater & Directing, Trevor has built a body of work in both theater and film with directing/ producing credits: 9 to 5, Something Rotten!, Footloose, Spring Awakening, Frozen Kids, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Addams Family, 13 the Musical, RENT, Mean Girls, Spongebob, The Little Mermaid, and Grease. He has also accumulated 10+ IMDb film credits for his work as an Associate Producer, Post-Production Supervisor, Editor and Screenwriter for various documentary films. His stage credits include performances at notable venues such as The Syracuse Stage, PaperMill Playhouse, and Radio City Music Hall. Outside of working at Harmony, Trevor is a Production Manager for NBC’s Peacock.
